Hi, I’m Hayley Bonnick, a marketing consultant based in Salford, Manchester. I work with B2B companies, small businesses and agencies that need practical marketing support, clear strategy and leads that actually convert.
I help businesses improve lead generation, audience growth and visibility across digital channels, so they show up consistently when the right people are looking. That includes SEO and content, campaign planning, positioning, analytics and hands-on delivery when teams need extra firepower.
I’ve spent over a decade working across B2B and B2C, both in-house and agency side, delivering marketing strategy and execution for growing companies. I’m often brought in as a fractional marketing lead, a consultant for small businesses, or as senior support for agencies that need experienced thinking without the overhead of a full-time hire.
My approach is simple. No nonsense, maybe a little bit of fun (a smidge) and clear priorities and direction to get the work done that drives results.
A bit of a nerd
I love learning. Yes. I am a bit of a nerd and I thrive on innovation and get properly excited about how fast digital moves. I’m always fine-tuning how I work so I can bring the most effective, forward-thinking approaches to every client.
Marketing is changing – rapidly. Working with a marketer who can help build trust and visibility everywhere from Google to AI is more critical than ever.
Let’s cut through the noise, stand out from the competition and attract leads that actually convert. Whether you need a solid plan, content that works hard or someone to finally get your email marketing out the door – I’ve got you.
No jargon. No egos. Just smart, adaptable support that grows with your business.
Outside of the Strategy
I’m a Yorkshire Tea drinking, guitar playing, women’s football fan and I try to get to as many matches as I can (and give “great feedback” to the telly when I can’t).
I’m passionate about equality and working with businesses who care about what they do,and how they do it. People, planet, purpose – all that good stuff.
Fun fact (and yes, slightly cringe): I once had a number 3 hit in Japan with my band. It was a wild experience, but mostly, it taught me a lot about creativity, collaboration, and what it takes to really connect with an audience.
If you’re after no-nonsense support, and someone who’ll actually give a damn about your business and who will ‘get on with it’ – let’s talk.
